ITEM # 3 Discuss and possible action on the IESE lease agreement with the City of Hobart on the lease for the following property Lots 10 thru 15 inclusive, Block 34 of the original town site of the city of Hobart, Kiowa County Oklahoma and Landlord’s vacant land north of Warehouse #2 ITEM # 4 Discuss and possible action on Marketing Packages for the Hobart Seed Property. ITEM # 5 Discuss and possible action on the lease of a Warehouse and the mule barn. ITEM # 6 Discuss and possible action on New Business.
