Planning and Zoning Minutes The Planning and Zoning Commission met in special session in the Council Chamber of the City Administration Building, Hobart, Oklahoma August 28, 2003 5:00 p.m. Present: Norma Crane, Chairman Howard Raskin, Phil Fischer, Bill Bolding Members Lori Archer, Assistant Secretary C.M. Linn, SWODA Billy Robbins, Fire Chief Wilt Brown, City Manager The Chairwoman called the
meeting to order: The Chairwomen asked if there
was any discussion or corrections to the August 14, 2003 minutes.
No one commented on the minutes so assumed correct as presented. Discussion was held on the
annexation and rezoning of Broadway. Broad
member Jay Kruska came in during the discussion at 5:30 p.m. At this time no date was set
for either public hearing on the rezoning of Broadway or the annexation of the

meeting to order: Discussion was held on the
annexation and rezoning of Broadway. Member Phil Fischer arrived at 5:10 p.m. With no further business a
motion was made by Bolding and seconded by Raskin to adjourn.
A vote was taken with the following results. Aye: Crane Bolding Raskin Fischer Kruska Nay: None Motion passed Norma Crane, Chairwomen
