Hobart is an active Main Street community.  The Oklahoma Main Street Program is a downtown revitalization program.  Hobart was formerly a Certified City and has successfully transitioned to a Century Community.   Hobart has also received a Community Development Block Grant to inventory infrastructure features for Capital Improvement Planning (CIP).
