City Judge

As the Hobart Municipal Judge, Marian Pfenning presides over the City Court system. Ms. Pfenning is a native Oklahoman.  She grew up in Jefferson County and graduated from Ryan High School.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Oklahoma, a Master's Degree in Counseling from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma.
