Hobart Main Street Promotions Committee

MISSION STATEMENT:  To inhance the image of downtown Hobart, to provide and promote events during each year that will support retail sales for the downtown merchants, to provide activities that will bring adults and children to the downtown area, and to coordinate the promotion, planning, organization and operation of the Hobart Farmers Market during the summer months.

Chairman:  Jerry Levine

Committee members:  Paul Shields, Ben Meinert, Monica Craig, Jan Landers, and Rebecca Villa-Winsett

The Promotions Committee is responsible for the Fall Festival, Pumpkin Palooza, Moonllight Madness & Christmas Lighting on the Square, Kiowa County Heritage Days, and the Farmers Market.  Work plans include:  Retail Promotions, Fall Promotions Events, Committee Member Recruitment, Main Street Brochures, Web Page Development, New Events Promotions,  and Hobart's 2nd Annual Aviation Meet.
